genaside 0 Report post Posted January 7, 2017 Dont panic, you can go to the email you received when you set this up with the barcode. and above the bar code is another code. You should be able to use this code to add your elysium account to your authenticator once more. Quote Hello <Your username here?! I need to get back the code you write in to log your account. And IT sayes access Denised when i press the the link from mail! Please, reset the authicator code from My account. Everquest 7 Report post Posted January 7, 2017 I can't get it to work either. I downloaded the google authenticator on my tablet. i got the email with the logo i need to scan. i scan the logo with my tablet, i get a 6 digit code. i enter the code before it expires I get an error: "The six-digit code you provided did not work. Please provide the latest one from the application." no matter what, I always get this error.
