[H] <Perseverance> - Recruiting for end-game progression.

Hello all. Thanks in advance for reading. <Perseverance> is a new guild where Elysium PvP is concerned, but has been around for a considerable amount of time where actual WoW is concerned. I have held onto a core group of friends, whom I have raided with throughout every expansion since Vanilla. We have come to Elysium to recreate the efficient raiding environment we have always sought to establish wherever we have gone. That being said, we (and every other guild on this server) need bodies. More specifically, we are looking to find chill individuals who are good at playing the game. People you can trust with doing their jobs, whether in a PvE or PvP environment, but also people that you would willingly want to sit down and chill in Discord with. Why choose us over everyone else? It's simple: we have a core that has proven itself time and time again. A core that will succeed regardless of obstacles encountered. We have been in the top 3 (#1 more often than not) of all guilds on our respective servers every expansion since launch. Many times we have lost members, went through droughts, and even nearly disbanded, but we always survived. We always found a way to get it together and to make it work. To continue being the best at what we do. And that is exactly what we will do here on Elysium PvP as well. I have been truly privileged to lead many great groups of individuals over the years, and I will continue doing so to the best of my ability.

We are currently smoothing out and finalizing a few details, but the intended raid schedule is late in the evening (8 PM - 10 PM) 2 days a week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday). The reason this answer is so highly variable is because we are encountering a new environment with entirely different people and schedules and therefore we will have to ascertain what works for everyone. There will very likely be a vote between all members to further secure an idea of what will make us as efficient as possible in terms of attendance and eventual success.

Furthermore, do not be concerned about gearing or finding a way to be included in things. It is the job of those running the show to ensure everyone has pre-raid BiS. And we will do just that. We will have many different groups composed of various members of the core going at many different hours of the day. This not only ensures we gear up everyone to the best of our ability, but it also forms a cohesive bond between our members before we even step into any raids.
