Gold sellers make lvl1 characters with names like kasdjadj and then spam whisper people in /who. By making people under lvl10 unable to whisper others you make it harder for gold sellers to do that. Since lvl10 takes several hours here, it'll make it harder for gold sellers to spam. 2. Once #1 is in effect, when you report a gold seller and he gets banned they'll be severely affected by the ban, since they now need to lvl to 10 again in order to sell gold. As it is now, they can just make another account and another lvl1 character, which only takes them 5 minutes. alexinho 1 Report post Posted January 11, 2017 You don't even need to ban them. If you raise the restriction to lvl10 ( preferably 15? ) they'll need to level half a day to be able to whisper people. At which point you BAN them. And they just lost half a day for a few whispers. As it is, banning them doesn't do фекал for them.
