Guild recruitment post cannot be edited

Good morning.

We are trying to pimp our guild recruitment post for Elysium PvP,  but the topic doesnt have any button to be edited,    i tested it in flood forum,  with test  and there was the edit button for a topic available.

Is this a bug or a feature ?  You really messed us up with the whole blackforum thing so we just trying to fix it. 

Help with this matter please.
