Game does not show which quest rewards you can use

My girlfriend (level 12 undead priest) has this problem that when she has completed a quest, she cannot see which rewards she can use. Normally, when you cannot use a specific item, the item is red and the item type is red, hers, however, all show like she can use them.

The only Addon we both use is the quest helper addon called !Questie.

No one knows a possible fix for this?
