Chat and Combat Text issue

so i have been having this problem since the start every time i restart my client i have to rejoin world chat to speak there it always says i am already in world chat but i can't see any1 speak unless i rejoin another minor problem i face is blizzard floating combat text i am using msbt so i disable the default enemy dmg text from interface advnaced settings but every time i restart my client they get renabled my wow folder read only is unchecked ....... can't understand where the problem lies.
