Any Way To Reset 2FA Without Phone ??

I've lost my main phone that had the google authenticator for 2FA.  I've downloaded Authenticator on my backup phone, but of course I cannot use that as my previous phone was registered to this account.  Any way to reset it?

Hey I figured it out. Scanning the original QR code works
