Deleted my Hero's Brand thinking I could get it from the NPC again

I am hoping that you will help a brother out. Before the Nost shutdown, I accidentally deleted my Hero's Brand class necklace because I was under the (wrong) impression that I would be able to retrieve it from the NPC at any time. It appears that functionality is only implemented much later in the patch structure. I really regret doing this.

Is there any way you guys can help me restore my Hero's Brand? It should be the green version.
