AUTHENTICATOR WAS ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT

Guys I'm freaking out because my account has been hacked. Please tell me that there is a way to get the authenticator (that i never added) changed or a way that i can get in control of it. I thought by changing my email password and account password would fix the problem! PLEASE HELP!
