This guild was created by EU players therefore our raiding plans will be most suited for EU times. First a introduction of us, so you can get a better idea why you would want to be a part of our guild.Background We are currently a pretty small group of friends from years back playing together in different stages of the game, some of us played together back in vanilla, others in pretty recent content. We are ranging from ex hardcore players who played in top guilds to more casual players that mostly want to enjoy the experience while playing with friends.Our goals We are aware that people play this game for different reasons but that shouldn't stop us from enjoying the game while still playing together. Our goals are pretty simple, we will take a casual approach towards raiding and what it all includes, meaning raiding 1-2 nights a week(we are not sure which days this will be yet), other goals include creating a fun and chill atmosphere and zero tolerance of serious drama/hatred. We aim to clear all content before the next tier, smooth raids, minimizing mistakes.Philosophy We are a guild, a team, the meaning differ a lot from from person to person, we want to create the feeling that everybody in the guild is part of a group, to accomplish this we will create an environment that encourage guild members to be helpful and to think of the greater good of the guild. We want everybody to be on the same page in the guild, what you need to keep in mind is that not everyone have been playing this game and/or this patch as much as everyone else. Do not be afraid of asking questions however seemingly stupid they might seem. It is better to ask then keeping them for yourself waiting for anyone else to ask, someone else in the guild might be thinking about the same question themself.What we want to offer A stable home for anyone interested in leveling, get a dungeon group or even raiding while having a blast with like minded people in the guildchat/discord and on the forums. A leadership consisting experienced players in high end PvE that enjoys the game, and strives to continuously improve.What we are looking for First of all, any previous raiding experience is not required to join us! We are looking for more players that share our goals and reasons for playing the game. We want players who are willing to learn and go from practice to perfect rather then players who expect everyone else to have the same amount of knowledge that they themselves have. We expect everyone to be mature enough to be able to listen to constructive criticism given by officers, for example questions about performance. At the same time we ask you not to be overly defensive with other guild members, know when others are joking and when they are being serious. While taking the casual approuch in raids, we still feel like the gear should go to the class/player who benefits the most from that particular piece, to boost the guild as a whole the most.
