Access denied when trying to change realmlist!

Hey! 

I am trying to change the realmlist to logon.elysium-project.org but i can't save the file. When i try to save the note it says "Access is denied". I can't start the note as administrator and that is where my knowledge ends in computer access.

Please help!

Check that "read-only" checkbox disable in file attributes
