Unable to connect after authentication and handshaking. Realm is ok.

Hi. I've just created an account here and want to play. I've downloaded a client from rutracker and installed it. I've changed the realmlist.

Then, When I try to enter my name and password, something is happening (I assume it is logging) and then, when I should see " SUCCESS" message, I see a "unable to connect"

If i enter wrong credentials, I get "information is not valid". 

Help me figure out what is going on.
