Banned overnight, Characters gone after password reset

Hightest toon: 39 lock (Quibiam)

I tried to login today, I couldn't, said account was closed or banned.  Did the password reset, and I get on only to find my 2 characters are gone.

On the control panel in the elysium website it says that my transfers were successful and that the characters went to an account without characters.

Is there anyway to get them back? Did I loose the past month that I enjoyed leveling my lock and warrior?

Please any help is appreciated.

Ban appeal forum, post your account info and appeal.  It takes time so be patient the forum posts are hidden for anyone but the poster and gm/dev. So it's safe to post details.

But in all honesty, if you bought gold... dont even bother!   They know!

 

Chances are you got hacked and your account was used to traffic or spam gold adds. But you are probably better off making a new account, attach the new 2f Authenticator and start over, as you won't get anything back on your previous account, even if the ban is lifted.
