Rogues need to pickpocket his tower key in order to complete ''Mission: Possible But Not Probable'' I can confirm that he has not spawned for atleast 20 hours. Please get on this, there is a crazy amount of rogues on horde not being able to get their poisons atm. Kinda regards, Grimreep Edit: Wait untill afther the restart guys. Its not getting fixed before then. I will keep this thread updated if it works afther the shutdown and continues to work. Edit 2: His spawn is fixed :) Got get your poison quest done.
