[HORDE] Rogue's quest for poisons bugged!!!!

Rogue's quest on Elysium PvP is bugged the mob that we need to pick pocket for they key just doesn't respawn once its killed (until server restart).
Poisons are quite crucial for rogues, so please can u fix this. Really bad to play rogue without his poisons.
