Coated in black, led by shady figures and notorious for the frequent kidnappings of unsuspecting gnomes, haggling gold & riches from traveling merchants, impersonating role-players for personal amusement and countless other public disturbances, they are also widely held accountable for the murders of over ninety flight masters and auctioneers in every important major city (and Darnassus) in the game. Hell-bent on the destruction (and annoyance) of their weak-minded adversaries, members of this enigmatic brotherhood have now seemingly set their eyes on Elysium, a freshly-opened PvP server ripe with players to put under their boot, bosses to demolish and challenges to irresponsibly cheat through. Word has, they are recruiting new members on this very forum thread and have provided us with a simple list of requirements and "must-haves" to become a member and enjoy the fruits of a careless life as an all-around wandering scumbag. (yay!) Though much isn't known about the secretive guild, few bits of information have been made available to the public for recruitment purposes: + We do not use DKP or any other loot distributing addons, because we do not believe in the fairness of these primitive systems. We raid with determination and /roll religiously like in the good-ol' days, but with an active loot council, with which we are able to determine the most efficient (and beneficial for the guild as a whole) distribution of loot using guild member activity and their need for certain items as deciding factors. + + Our main focus is PvP, but we will also do the whole progression of PvE content for gear while keeping world ganking, honor grinding and having fun as our main priority with a band of well-versed and experienced players. + + We emphasize and make time for each individual member to make sure every one is representative of what the guild stands for: A strong PvP base, witty remarks, good gear and striking fear in the hearts of our enemies. + + We love the strong&silent type. At least a year of experience in the game in any expansion. We don't recruit players new to the game for ob(li)vious reasons. while we are not the most serious/hardcore guild out there, the core of the guild consists of players with extensive pvp experience and a competitive mindset. While our focus is on having a fun time and a cool experience, we also do not enjoy losing/wiping raids/having afk-ers in raid groups. 2. Be able to enjoy the PvP (Battlegrounds/Ganking/Raid Blocking) aspect of the game, and be good at it! 3. Be able to act independently, take responsibility and make your own goddamn choices. Please keep in mind that we want to recruit people with character, not sheeple. 4. Is it really for girls only? This is probably why you're in here in the first place, isn't it? but no, Billy, it's not just for girls. While we already have a great base of players (guys and girls). As of now we're not looking into recruiting any more with the exception of interesting characters or personalities. While the statement primarily serves to pique interest and curiosity about the guild, we also do enjoy most of the guild not being a sausage-fest like they usually are having a diverse member pool. We also need a reason to practice ignorant female jokes in the comforts of our guild chat. With that being said, absolutely anyone can join (except for fat people).
