To QA Team, some outdate info to update on the Forums and Web.

Hello,

I have found some outdate info on the Web Page and Forums which confuse community.

- Timeline Section on the WEB Page https://elysium-project.org/timeline, need some update.

- Patch Notes Section on the WEB Page https://elysium-project.org/updates, full with old core fixes.

- Development Updates Section on the Forum https://forum.elysium-project.org/forum/221-development-updates/, same as Web Page Patch Notes sec. no update and confusing information, old core fixes and missing new ones.

- Bug Tracker Section of the Web Page https://elysium-project.org/bugtracker/ its not working. Thats with purpose maybe, also there was no moderators before.
