Disconnected right when character loads into world

Tried on different realms, as soon as I choose my character the screen loads, and I will be in the world for about half a second before a disconnect.

Tried deleting WTF, WDB folders, running as admin, etc.

What gives?

Some stuff from Nostalrius:

You need to have a proper 1.12.1 client.

Other versions are not supported (1.12.0 / 1.12.2 clients are kicked!).

Your client should not be modified

On your "Data" folder, you should have exactly 2 files starting with "Patch*": Patch.MPQ and Patch-2.MPQ, else you may get disconnected.

 

You need to be able to connect through the following TCP ports : 3724, 8000-8100. These ports are sometimes disabled when using public Wifi or professional networks. You can use a VPN to bypass this restriction.

I solved this myself. I saw your thread and moved the WoW folder to my desktop, guess what it worked!
