Holding down Shift + Alt disabling all keys and mouse turning

I couldn't find anything on google about this so trying here. I'm currently using alt as a self-cast modifier but I keep running into a problem where when I press alt + shift (some of my abilities are bound to shift - (1-9) ) I will be unable to use WASD or turn my camera.

Also if I'm holding down right click to move my camera and then press alt shift it will "stick" to the camera movement. So even if I'm not holding down right click anymore, my mouse will move the camera. The only way to get out of it is to right click again which is very annoying.

Is there anyway to disable this?
