Doggystyler 2 Report post Posted January 16, 2017 2 days ago I came home to a closed account. Completely bewildered, I made my way to the forums to seek assistance. I was told to appeal my ban, and explain my situation. Now, I had definitely not done anything illegal, like buying gold, or powerleveling services. Nothing like that at all. I was also not an abusive player in-game, so you can understand my confusion when I logged into a closed account. Upon submitting my appeal request, the Elysium Gamemaster staff reviewed my case, accounted for all the details, and after a bit of investigation on their end, deemed my account compromised in the recent data hack. I was advised to change my log-in credentials, and had my ban lifted. Total turnaround time was less than 36 hours. What a great team we have here!
