cannot create account

Hi guys, can anyone help please? am I doing something wrong?

I never get the confirmation email after clicking the register button.

I am using a gmail account, created filters, tried eveything that past forum posts suggested...been trying for many days...what am I doing wrong?

I thought this stuff was fixed.  One tricky thing i remember reading someone did was create the account and while they were still on the website, used the forgot password option.  This email would get through and they could work their way back to the website through that link.  I wasn't clear on if that completed the creation process or whether there was another step.  Give it a whack and see what happens.

Boo.  It made a difference before....in the whole transfer process, for me to use google chrome in incognito mode, with all extensions off for the whole thing to work, but I don't believe it had any impact on your particular step.  Also, hotmail believe it or not, turned out to be a reliable target email.

You could also try making sure elysium is white listed on your end as a reliable emailer.

i got GMX and havent received the mails, although i added @elysium-project.com and @elysium-project.org to my whitelist.

My problem was, that i havent disabled AdBlock of my chrome browser. After i did this, the two emails for my accounts arrived instant.

Maybe this will help some people.

Really appreciate your help Ellipsea, going to try hotmail and white listing as you suggested, will light some candles and cross anything i can...miss vanilla wow so much :(
