AtomicN 0 Report post Posted January 18, 2017 About a week ago my account was compromised and gold spammers got a hold of my account. My account was obviously banned, but since it wasn't me I put in for a ban appeal. Today, after a review of my account, I was unbanned. I was extremely happy except for the fact that my dwarf warrior now has a different beard. I'm 100% sure I didn't pick this beard when I created my character and I don't think its possible for someone who hacked my account to change the way my character looks. I'm thinking that maybe it was a problem with when my account was locked and then unlocked. I wasn't sure who to talk to about this issue, but I'd really like the beard reverted back. You allowed yourself to be hacked, obviously your right to proudly wear the beard of the stone people has been removed.
