My characters ghost got stuck

Hallo Elysium GM Team,

i got an issue, my characters ghost "Zerreisser" got stuck in a weird spot on Anathema PVP Server.

Could you please teleport me to my body, inn or the next grave yard. I opened a ticket but didn't got a response in 3 hours.

Please help me and thank you.

If i remember correctly, there should be an auto-unstuck option once you open a  ticket.

 

To activate auto unstuck, take the following procedure:

Click on the "?" icon at the bottom to enter the support system.

Click on "Open a ticket".

Click on "Stuck".

Click on "Auto unstuck".

I think /stuck used to work as well

I used that option the moment i got stuck. I am not a new player. But that did not help me in any way.

Can I somehow come into the control panel of my account? Maybe there is an option to do something with my issue.

Is there no one who can tp me to the next grave yard? It´s been 16 hours I made a ticket and 13 hours I opened this post. Please help me!

After 20 hours of waiting for a GM to help me, I couldn't wait longer, so I had an idea what if I came into a BG and use my hearthstone to get out. So I asked a friend to help me get into a BG, and now I am free and alive.
