reclaimed treasures is bugged

The chest that spawns out front of Uldaman for this quest has about a 5 min respawn timer and it sometimes doesn't even give the quest item at all.

The rogue in our group was having trouble with it, he said he shift clicked it out of stealth on his 3rd attempt and it worked, i don't know if that is related to anything or not.
