giggity3 0 Report post Posted January 19, 2017 Good afternoon ladies and gents. My friend is trying to play on the server and is having issues with account creation. She is able to create the actual account just fine, and the client downloaded without issue, but the verification email hasn't come, and its been a week since the first attempt. We have tried 3 different emails, two of which were @aol and the third was @gmail. Even after trying to resend the verification, still nothing. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Allelujah 1 Report post Posted January 19, 2017 I had an issue like this. Check your spam folder as well? It took mine a couple days. Figured it was normal due to the convergence going on at that time. I have no further information regarding this matter. I know with recent issues surrounding the server there could be thins not 100% working at the moment. If this problem persists I would contact a member of the staff and see if there is an alternate solution. I am unable to help you further on this matter. Sorry! It wasnt clear to me f that jiggles the original message free, or if creating a new password makes it verified. Also, I recommend using gmail, like you did. whitelist mail from elysium in gmail.
