Nail09 0 Report post Posted January 19, 2017 In advance: My english is not so good - i'm sorry! The situation: Today i got a smartphone crash and a following reset. Now i cant login anymore because my 2FA is gone. Also i've no backup code or something like that. There is not much to loose with the account (3 chars, highest lvl 30+) so i mean he's not stolen or someth. I can prove that i'm the owner(Pic's of the E-Mails for Account-reg. or ingame pic's). Just activated 2FA and even though I don't have any issues with it yet, backup/fail-safe code(s) should be a must have in this system to solve these kind of cases easily. I mean, if an admin could delete the 2FA for my acc and i would prove that i'm the owner of it there is no problem..am i right?
