The Defias Brotherhood questline broken

After returning from Stormwind, the next part of the Defias Brotherhood questline should be to find the defias messenger.  However, there is simply no quest from the quest giver.  Some google searches reveal that others have had the problem, but offer no solution.  This seems like the sort of thing a GM could reset, but the in-game ticket says GMs can't be contacted over bugged quests.  This is an important questline, can it be reset?  I mean, what if this sort of thing happened during the Onyxia attunement chain?

Worked for me. Tried deleting your WDB and then trying again.

Otherwise follow what the nice message said and log an issue in the Bug tracker. This is not monitored for bug reports.
