Daedric 4 Report post Posted January 19, 2017 I'm trying to change my password in game, but I keep getting the error of 'your old password is incorrect.' I have attempted multiple times, and it is the same one I type in to access my control panel. Lindow 3 Report post Posted January 20, 2017 I have the same problem. Truth is, I did try to change it via Control Panel first. I would get the e-mail to reset it, but the link would just re-direct me to the Control Panel, apparently doing nothing. Obviously that would be an easy explanation for why mine is wrong... Lindow 3 Report post Posted January 20, 2017 Okay, apparently it was a problem with Chrome. I could use the Control Panel correctly with Safari to successfully change my password.
