Will use of wtfast cause my account banned?

Hi GMs,

I am living in Singapore. My lag is so high (>300ms) and I wish I can try to reduce it with wtfast or some other proxy software. However, that will change my IP from time to time for the optimization of the network. Does that mean that my account will be in the risk of being banned please? Thanks.
