Silhouette 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2017 Sooo.. I can't talk in /say in General, trade, world etc. And i cant talk in whispers. Im 100% not muted because I can talk in party, raid, guild. Its happening on all of my characters, Its not an addon fault, I disabled all of them, i deleted WTF too. When I try to whisper, it just doesnt do anything, no error msgs nothing, it just doesnt go trough. It happened to me out of mid air, i was farming mobs, whispered some people etc etc, like 2 minutes after last whisper i just couldnt whisper or /say.. I didn't relog, nothing. I had the same thing happening like few days ago, but i fixed it with /leave World, and /join World.. Now its not working, i tried leaving and entering all channels, nothing changed. Also I have problem with friends list where its just fucked up and the guys who are online are just mixed in the middle of the friends list between the guys who are offline etc.. Markk 2 Report post Posted January 20, 2017 Having the exact same issue. In the same game session, I was whispering someone and all of a sudden noticed I'm not seeing my own messages any more. Did the same thing: disabled addons and deleted WTF folder. Still can't talk in whisper or /say, yet I can talk in guild. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Ellipsea 36 Report post Posted January 20, 2017 For the whisper thing, both you and the person you're talking to need to have whisper restriction off with the command: .wr off There's been mini bans going around after spamming chat or whatnot. Aside from that, there's a handful of people who can't use chat properly no matter what. They're just bugged out somehow. I haven't seen any solution to it, but i saw Pottu suggest to one of them to open an ingame ticket. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I clicked the support button, selected 'Character' (seemed closest to me), typed in the issue, and submitted. Chat said 'Game Masters do not handle bug reports.' Did it go through or not? Did my question go through some filter for keywords and it was determined that my question is a bug report, or are all character-related questions bug reports.
