Characters missing from control panel

Hey guys I noticed today when activating my 2FA that all my characters are no longer listed on my control panel on the Elysium site. I have pictures of my characters on the control panel from when I transferred my characters over from Nost and I saw them there last week but now they aren't showing up.
I can still login and play my characters just fine I'm just wondering on why this happened and letting you know in case you haven't heard this yet.
