Skandi 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2017 The Celestial orb obtained from a mage class quest, only seems to give 2 int rather than the 3 stated, I can't use it's onuse, and I do not believe the spell damage or frost spell damage is applying correctly either. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
