"Disconnected" after short account details screen

hi team,

i've reach the forums in regards to a similar problem while trying to connect to the server but could not find any solution that works for us. Account details are all correct. me and my wife seem to have the same problem and cannot connect after inputting our login details. It says "Connecting..." then just disconnects afterwards. We were playing yesterday no problems. We tried to delete the WDB & WTF folders and still does not work..

Please let me know if there is another solution to this. Thanks.

Have you got addons?

 

if so rename the addon folder before firing up wow and see if that helps.

also are you logging in from two different pc's? If so restart them both and then your router and try agan.
