Chat settings messed up on single character?

Title. On my main, chat settings are completely fucked. Upon login I see no notification of channels joined. Joining World gives me no notification. Shift click people gives me no info at all.

On an alt, everything works perfectly, how do I fix this? (all addons I use are active on BOTH characters)

Edit: Problem fixed with deleting chat-cache in Wtf folder.
