Bongos/ quest tracker issue

My quest-tracker is stuck in the top left hand corner over my char health/mana bars....I think bongos somehow put it up there but when I unlock bars I cannot move it. Anyone had a similar issue?

I don't have a UI addon and I have this same issue. Is there a solve for this?
