Quests and Items on Darrowshire patch timeline?

Hey Darrowshire!

I'm a former Elysium player now playing on Darrowshire (Nost core and timeline) for the first time, and just reached level 60.  One thing that I have not been able to easily figure out is how to determine which quests and loot are missing in our current patch level 1.5.  How can we tell what quests and loot will become available in future patches 1.6, 1.7, etc through 1.12?

For example:

•  AV quest rewards "Hero of the Stormpike" and "Hero of the Frostwolf" are currently missing.  These should be in patch 1.5, which we are already on, correct?

• Animated Chain Necklace and Maleki's Footwraps   (Footwraps fixed in recent patch / BWL Patch 1.6)

• Timbermaw quests in Felwood are currently missing.
• Sunken Temple class quests are missing  (Answered: Patch 1.8.0)
• Death From Below quest missing, Seafire Band not possible to obtain (Fixed in recent patch in January)
• Monogrammed Sash dropped by Mok'Rash near Booty Bay cannot be clicked to start the quest
• Two quests missing at Thorium Point, Searing Gorge (Added in BWL Patch 1.6)
• When do quests completed at level 60 convert the lost experience into extra gold?   (Answered: Patch 1.10.0)
• When do Blackrock Depths' items receive upgrades so greens from named are upgraded to blues?  (Answered: Patch 1.10.0)

Is there a better way to find these besides reading and sifting through all the old patch notes?
