I'm Still muted, cannot change pass chars stripped gj

I need to get unmuted urgently, I need to change pass ingame.

The authenticator device is of no use to me.

Make a new character. It should not be muted.

Even as a low lvl you should be able to change your password.

I can't change pass on my alt account ingame either. What's the command? I followed the one ingame but didn't work.

My account has just got same issue. I can't speak anywhere apart from Party and Guild chat. Any advise anyone? Has anyone else had the issue and had it resolved or been spoken to by a GM/Dev?

My Whole account is also muted. Says " You cannot speak for 695 Days 10 Hours and some change at the top...
Like I'm GM For my Guild how am I supposed to play the game If I can't talk? I'm not starting over that's really not cool.

Bump on my Situation. Weak password resulted in my account being compromised, I was being kicked a lot while logging on. Someone was using my account to spam with. Changed my password and was unmuted in about 20 Minutes. Good GM Response time and helpfulness.

Well that sounds wrong.. I'd suggest PMing a GM on the forums. Tickets don't seem to do much.

You're all over level 8 I'm guessing?

 I Finally managed to change PW: Go to control panel, log out, ask for forgotten password and that link actually works.

I lost my 60 sham gear(Anath) and 23 priest (Elys) but thankfully I don't play on them, I play on Zeth now.

For some strange reason they didn't take that priest I rerolled but I think they stripped Elys one like 2 days ago and I just leveled the new priest.

 

Yea I dunno if there even are any GMs on here I have never gotten any help. So support is very poor.
I'm still gonna be muted for like 30 days on my priest.

Those who stole my sham probably tried to sell it or something.

62 volunteers working their spare time to provide a free gaming environment for you, of whom some have to be dev. and QA, not working as GM's.

15000-20000 players. I think it's fair to say that there are more than 1k tickets up at any given time! (if not several thousand)

This is "help and support forum" where players help players with trivial issues, not a hotline for WTFGGBBQ summon GM to cater to your every need.

I have regained control of my account once again, and promise to keep it safe(r) in the future!! (by either using the awesome 2F authenticator, or rutinely change my password very often, and always to a strong password  12+ chars containing both letters and numbers.

You are not going to get anything restored, as clearly stated in the terms of use on Elysium.

So, you got capwned. Grats.

None of your items and none of your gold will be restored.

To avoid getting hacked in the future, change your password and enable two-factor authentication.

Click on my profile and check "about me" for instructions and video on how to do that.

If you provided windows-pc version of that authentificator it would be great, mobile one is not the best way to do that.
