[SOLVED] Account hacked -> changed pass and set up 2FA -> requesting to be UN-MUTED

UPDATE: Put a ticket in using the "stuck" -> "still stuck" and a GM unmuted me within 5 minutes.

 

 

Logged into today to my gear/money gone and unable to chat (says "you must wait 694 days to speak again").

I immediately changed pass and set up 2FA.

I don't care about the items/money, I would just like to be unmuted. Can't really enjoy the game without being able to chat!

2 factor authentication (2FA)

Go to Elysium main page Log in to control panel and follow the steps for implementing this for your account.  (if you ever had authenticator for wow? this works the same way)

I recommend chosing the "always use 2FA" and not the "ip lock"

 

How it works:

When trying to log in you are promted to provide an additional 6 digit code on top of your normal password. This code changes on every attempt to login, and is only provided on your linked mobile device/app supporting device (win 8-10) upon request.
