AH item Sold but never got the gold

Posted a Item on the AH a few days ago and the item sold but i never received my gold or the item back.  Item sold for 25g and I am wondering how I am going to get that back.

If you've not gotten it by now. You wont get it. You should get all mail from the AH within an hour. Nothing can be done.

I remember this happening on Feenix back in the day.. don't remember if it was an actual bug or just a group of people lying.

so i lost 25g and the GMs arent willing to do anything is what youre saying?
