Back in the good ol days of a certain crappy Vanilla WoWs only choice in servers I created a guild called Hordecore Pwn. The guild actually succeeded and we saw a decent amount of content. When that server died with the launch of Nostalrius I did the same thing!.. I created Hordecore Pwn and we had a blast until the server went down. Moving onto the issue at hand, after my wife logged into her account she realised that by some miracle the guild transferred over and the GM is not me anymore. My character was named Shardizzle and I have no idea why a (VERY FRIENDLY) person named SHIVX is in charge. Now this is not a problem as he would probably hand over guild control but the issue is he is logging in at strange hours.. And I have yet to catch him online. I take running my guild seriously and like to get as many friendly players together as possible PLEASE. Help me out in this situation I have sent SHIVX mail explaining the situation and I have not gotten a response. He has not been inviting players nor has he done anything as far as I can tell. But for further refrences for other players: We can not interfere in this situation, there are multiple reasons and I'll try to highlight some of them. III. Character/Currency/Item restoration of our ToU. There are no specific section in regards to Guild restoration, however it is considered an "Item". Also there's a lack of evidence to support your claim, we can not remove the standing Guild Leader and hand you the rank. This will violate this section of our ToU: IV.
