teschi 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2017 Hello, i have a problem: when i'm trying to whisper friend or write something in group chat an error appears with "you have to wait 689 days.....until you can speak again". How can i fix that? A friend just made an account, invited me to a group and could talk immediatly on a level 1 charakter. I have a level 10 & level 5 character, played over 6 hours now and still cant talk. I find it strange that you have been muted for 689 days, make sure your account haven't been compromised (hacked). I have to advice you to change your password and taking a look at our Two-Factor-Authentication option, to ensure that your account is secure.
