Ingame mail doesnt work after renaming character

Hi,

when Elysium was released i had to rename some of my game characters due to "special characters" like ^´`in their names. I renamed one of my chars to Findus, which probably was an alliance character on old Nostalrius. Now i got the problem that i cant send ingame mails to this character and recieve the message: Character must be part of your faction. Hope you guys can fix this for me.
