Logged in and I'm poor and naked.

I never used the account information in other sites, just logged in and my character is naked (only have shirt and boots) in the same place I left, with no money and a lot of itens missing from bank and bag.
Is there a way to see who logged into and from where getting from the logs?
Is there a way to retrieve at least the itens I was wearing to keep playing?

I was expecting at least a minimum usable gear to keep playing.
seems that it will not happen.
Also, they could look into the account logs to see what happened...

Sure.. they will get one of their 100's of employees right on it.. wait this ain't Blizzard, and this ain't retail.  There are 64 volunteers some of which aren't even gm's but working on development etc. Covering the largest private server with thousands of tickets every day.  One of them should get right on your case and give you everything back because ... reasons i guess?

No, they should see what happened and punish the ones who did this. See the logs and the account where the gold went to. Also could be an automated system to generate random green itens with no value to the ones who passed this problem. In case you didnt notice, I didnt said they should see MY case, but see the account logs... in cases like this.

If you dont have a solution, at least dont bother to reply.

I'm not blaming anyone or pointing fingers, I'm just concerned in have a solution that can be beneficial to me and others.

So, you got capwned. Grats. Change your password and enable 2FA. Look in my profile's "about me" section for instructions and video on how to do that. None of your lost items and none of your gold will be restored.

If you make a ticket and make them aware that you got hacked they probably will use that information yes. I assumed you did that alrdy. They most certainly logged the ip of the imposter on your account on their guard dog.  And you don't even know if the thief is alrdy banned and his buyer too. And you have no right to that information either.

Again let's take the devs away from devoloping patches and scripting raids fixing bugs, and lets have them build your suggested automated system.

Bottom line is, it is your fault you got hacked, they DO reimburse unique items that are NEEDED for you to progress the game.  Anything outside of that is a waste of the rest of the players time to be honest.

A DBA could CHANGE the password, but normally he can't decrypt the password.

Try harder passwords with special chars and think about 2FA.
