It's okay to be bored and lonely. Anyway, banned for account being hacked for gold advertisements myself. I didn't have the 2FA authenticator but spoke with the GM and was told once it is enabled and they review my account, it will be unbanned. I did find this pretty funny since I've been playing at my house 70% of the time and VPN from work on slow days. I logged in from work yesterday and played for an overall 2 minutes before going down for a cigarette. When I came back up, I was disconnected and banned. Work VPN set something off I assume. Ban appeal is the only way to go. They will tell you eveyrthing you need to know. If you're banned permanently they'll say so and if there's something you can do they'll tell you what to do. I made a ban appeal and their first comment on why I was banned was the same as a fellow poster. Once I enabled the 2FA and reposted with the GM, it took around 24 hours but once I went back to check my account last night, I was able to log in and my account was unbanned. Perthela 0 Report post Posted January 28, 2017 (edited) FYI - At one time I was Banned because my account was compromised and gold spamming. I did enable 2FA and posted in the appeal that I had it enabled. Although It did take a few days to get a reply, they did finally unban the account. I kept trying to log back in every day and finally was able to get in. In total, it took about 5 days before I was able to log back in. Ichinoez 0 Report post Posted January 29, 2017 (edited) It's funny because I already lvled a warlock to lvl 20 with herba 130 and skinning 150+ in this time i've been banned with hopes that i'll get unbanned and have this guy as an alt.
