Azure 0 Report post Posted January 26, 2017 Hello, I am trying to set my account up for the two-step authentication but I am not receiving an e-mail to complete it. That having been said, I tried going to the control panel in order to verify which e-mail I have set to my account. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any information available to see which e-mail my account is using. Is there any way I can see which e-mail I used for setting up my Elysium WoW account, to determine whether or not something is blocking the emails from coming through? Thanks, Azure
Azure 0 Report post Posted January 26, 2017 Bumping for some help on this. I see a lot more topics popping in of people getting hacked. I'd like to get this resolved so that I can have the authentication in place and some peace of mind before the risk increases if possible.
monmon 1 Report post Posted January 26, 2017 (edited) If there is a way to see it, i sure haven't been able to find it. I suggest you go through all your email accounts spamfolders and look for either a registration email, or the verification email for 2FA. Kinda weird that we are not able to see or change our Email in the control panel, now you mention it. Change your password ingame with .account oldpass newpass newpass I suggest a stronk password 12 chars combined letters and numbers on each logout untill you get the 2FA set up properly. And after that a 12 char combined letter and numbers bi weekly change or at least once a month. Edited January 26, 2017 by monmon
Azure 0 Report post Posted January 26, 2017 (edited) Yeah, that may have to be the only option until they can help us get the 2FA working. Sadly, I checked every e-mail I had and between either some clearing done on Google and Yahoos side. I have not found a single Elysium or Nostralius e-mail on my comcast e-mail or the other e-mails I use (have used). Edited January 26, 2017 by Azure
