Defensive Stance Quest Unavailable

I am a level 18 night elf warrior. I have been all over azeroth visiting the every alliance trainer that supposedly gives me the quest for defensive stance. Yet none of these npcs have any quests for me.

Checked that already. Kyra windblade in dolonaar does not have a quest for me. I spoke with her anyway still no quest. I am aware that a low level quest will not show up unless i talk to that npc.

Impossible, I left teldrassil at level 8 to level in elwynn forest.

Is there anything you could do to help? I've submitted two separate gm tickets and haven't received any help.

What? I didn't abandon anything.... A quest should be available to me because i have all the prerequisites. I don't understand why you are being so rude.
