Fake Enemy CastBar Problem, why is it even showing that?

Hello guys,

I have a little problem and it's kindly getting out of hand as it is almost impossible to stun or kick something for me.

My Interface - for some reason - is showing fake castbars, basicly nonexistend and I really don't know what causes it.

Active addons are: Questie, Ace2, CEnemyCastBar, Chronometer, ClassicSnowfall, PfUI, KLHThreatMeter, NComboBar, OneBag/OneBank, Spamthrottle, vQueue & ModifiedPowerAuras

Okay I found out it's ShaguPlates, does somebody know why ShaguPlates is just ignoring the Spell cancel?
