shadowalker1989 0 Report post Posted January 28, 2017 have looked around on here never noticed anything have been to wetlands multiple times and have waited for the chests to respawn for over 30 mins each time but they havent wondering if they are bugged or not with the amount of rogues around leveling lock picking would assume the respawn timer would be much quicker 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
