Todays unscheduled maintenance and missing loot cause of disconnect

Hello!

Unfortunately our dungeon run was stopped today due to unscheduled maintenance disconnect around 1 hour ago.

After logging back successfully I found out that my helm is missing which i looted and equpped during this run.

Is it possible to restore the missing item?

I can provide any kind of additional information if needed.
