Stuck in Authenticating, or connecting, or lagging

Game is unplayable for me. It takes 20+ mins just to get through being stuck in authenticating, and then when I do make it in I lag like crazy which gets my paper mage killed on the first pull. Most times I get DCd prior to death. No idea whats going on.
